Payment Policy - Terms and Conditions

• All bookings must be fully confirmed with our Executive prior to check-in.
• Payments can be made via UPI or Bank Transfer using the official bank details provided by our Booking Manager at the time of reservation.
• Booking Confirmation: A 70% advance payment is required to secure the booking. The remaining 30% must be paid upon arrival at the time of check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: Exigency Cancellations can be done only in Exigency’ situation prior 72 hours (3 days) before the retreat start date.
• Refund Policy: In case of ojaswin approved cancellations, the refund will be initiated and processed within 72 hours (Bank working days).
• This payment terms are for Indian Bookings

Overseas Indians (NRI’s) & International Visitors Booking Policy :

• Tariffs for Overseas Indians (NRI’s) and International Foreign Visitors may vary based on their individual requirements, retreat duration, and personalized services.
• Final pricing will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment for NRI’s and Foreign Visitors is always in 100% advance.
• For International / NRI Participants: Payments can also be made through the WISE App (Money Transfer).
• International Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only in case of Medical Energency or Any Exigency situation case prior 7 Days before the retreat start date as approved by Ojaswin Team. Refund will he initiated within 3 working days.
