Scientific Breath Awareness & healing (1 Hour of Pranayama - Various styles will be taught)
Meditation - Relaxation Therapy - 1 Hour of guided Soul Soothing Himalayan Meditation practice ( 1 Session Per Day)
Yoga Nidra Therapy - (1 Session Per Day )
One and a half-hour (90 minutes Massage Session) - Abhyanga Relaxation Rejuvenating Massage Therapy (This is included at no extra cost for only bookings of a more than 3 days programme)
Yogic Sattwik Nutritional Meals - Ahara -3 Meals ( Breakfast, Indian Thali for Lunch and Dinner). Tea / Green Tea/ coffee etc. available.
Short Detour into Nature to nearby nestled magical mountains - (Open Outdoor Meditation for high oxygen intake)

Total Package Cost - Per Day / Per Person / is INR. 8500 /- ( All inclusive of taxes ) You can choose the number of days accordingly.
(Per Per cost for 3 Nights 4 Days - 25000/- / 5 Nights - 6 Days is 42000/- and 7 Nights - 8 Days is 55000/-)
Airport / Railway station pick and drop (This facility is free of cost exclusively for guests traveling from other far distant cities or abroad countries. Not applicable for Mumbai)
